    This is a great natural mask for dry skin. Avocados contain lots of vitamins and oils that help soothe and heal the skin.

    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons distilled water
    avocado
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon almond oil
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 tablespoon flour

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Peel the avocado and discard the skin. Remove the avocado stone (seed) and mash the avocado using the back of a fork. Add the water and lemon juice and stir well. Add the almond oil and honey and stir well.

    2. Add the flour last (to thicken it up a bit). Stir the whole mix with a spoon until it''s smoothe and paste-like. If it''s too runny to spread on your face without dripping, add a bit more flour until the proper consistency is obtained.

    3. To use, apply to clean neck and face skin and rest for 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat excess moisture from skin using a soft cloth. Tone and moisturize as usual. Enjoy!
