    Blending Procedure:

    1. Mix dry ingredients (salt, milk, mustard) together and set aside.

    2. Grate ginger and set aside 1/2 cup. Place 2 teaspoons of ginger into a mug of steaming hot water. (Be careful!) Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir. Cover and allow to steep. Set aside.

    3. Add the essential oils to the 1/4 cup and stir well to combine. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes. Stir again.

    4. Add the ginger mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.

    5. Take your hot ginger tea (I like to add a bit of cream too!) and your bowl of Ginger Mustard Bath to the tub and draw a warm bath. Pour the Ginger Mustard Bath in and swish to disperse the essential oils. Slink in, drink your tea and enjoy!
